Acceptance of Terms. By using https://homesecurityinstallationbrokenarrow.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Fortress Integration markets and arranges Alarm System Installation, Burglar Alarm Repair, CCTV Installation, Home Security Installation, Security Camera Installation, Smart Lock Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Fortress Integration (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://homesecurityinstallationbrokenarrow.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Fortress Integration makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Fortress Integration arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Fortress Integration against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. OK law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in OK.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
